Questions business owners ask us
How many reviews will I get?
It depends on how many customers you've served and how happy they were. Past customer campaigns usually produce the biggest early jump, then new customers add reviews every week. On your setup call we'll look at your numbers and give you an honest estimate.
Is this allowed by Google?
Yes. Google encourages businesses to ask customers for reviews. We only ask real customers, we never offer incentives for reviews, we never write reviews, and we ask every customer the same way rather than only the happy ones.
How much work is it for me?
Onboarding takes up to 45 minutes, but usually less, to connect your Google Business Profile and share your customer list. After that it runs on its own. Most clients just add new customers or connect the software they already use.
Will my customers find the messages annoying?
Requests are short, friendly and personalised, and follow-ups stop as soon as a review is left. Every message includes an easy way to opt out, as required by the Spam Act.
What if I get a bad review?
You'll be alerted straight away and we'll draft a calm, professional reply for you to approve. Customers tend to trust a profile with a few well-handled critical reviews more than a perfect score.
Do I need to sign a long contract?

Can you stop bad reviews from going on Google?
